Can I try reportical for free?
Of course. You can try the tool 14 days for free.
Do I get full functionality when testing?
Sure. You can try all the functions to their fullest extent.
Do I have to cancel the trial?
No. The trial expires automatically after 14 days.
What payment methods do you offer?
Currently we only offer payment on account. But we are already working on more payment methods.
Do you also take care of the hosting of the clippings?
Yes. The clippings are hosted on German servers in the cloud.
What do you do to protect my data?
Data security is the highest priority for us. Our website is SSL encrypted
and naturally DSGVO compliant. The uploaded data is stored on redundant
servers and backed up daily. This way, nothing can get lost.
How long are the notice periods?
With monthly billing you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will then run
by the end of the respective month. For annual billing, you can cancel at the end of the 12-month period.
What is the advantage of annual billing?
If you pay annually, we will give you two months for free.
